Champagne is a unique region, a unique wine, the oldest AOC in France and is only produced in the specific area delimited by law on 22 July 1927. Out of the 34,000 hectares making up Pommery vineyards in Champagne, in keeping with the spirit of POP, Pink POP remains resolutely young and fresh, with a delicious flavour that is almost sensual. It was produced according to the same principals that POMMERY holds so dearly in the production of its rosé wines: a blend of different chardonnay and Pinot wines and a dash of red wine, allowing us to perpetuate, from year to year, this new blended wine called... Pink POP.
