Suehiro Poochi Poochi Sparkling Sake. Low-alcohol, lightly sparkling Sake with pleasant, refreshing, balanced sweet and acidic flavor, deep and rich aroma is filled with hints of lemons and candy. This Sparkling sake is a refreshing dance of small bubbles with a gentle sweetness. There are lots of subtle flavors such as steamed rice, hay, citrus and absolutely no aftertaste.

Made from Gohyaku-Mangoku Rice by the Suehiro Sake Brewery in Fukushima, this sparkling sake is drier than most with a hint of sweetness lending it better to creative food pairings than some of our sweeter sparklers. It's got the honeydew notes and the yogurty flavor that I commonly associate with these sparkling sakes, a great light body and fine bubbles.
