Radley & Finch Pinotage 750ml

Harvest took place during the last week of January and the first two weeks of February. Fermentation took around 12 days to complete, afterwards malolactic fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks. Maturation was in tank with a combination of French and American oak staves for 6 months, The vineyards of the region are found to be extended till the southeastern slopes of Paardeberg Inselberg and are located high in the mountains.
