The Kilbeggan Distillery is the oldest licensed distillery in Ireland, retaining its license to distill whiskey on the same site and in the same buildings for over 256 years. The distillery is situated on the banks of the River Brosna, with plenty of access to the three natural ingredients needed for whiskey distillation.
