I looked online for a very specific product…. And not only did La Vinotheque have exactly what I wanted… but it was at a great price and they shipped it to me !!! Best experience ever !!! Would give more stars if I could .
We ordered a beautiful grappa and it was shipped promptly with expert and quality packaging so that the delicate glass decanter would not break. Very impressed with the customer service provided and the quality of the packaging and product! Thank you!
I am planning a surprise 75th Birthday Party for my Mom, and Jam Jar is her FAVORITE WINE, so I had the idea to give the Splits away as party favors. I researched and found La Vinotheque as an option-so I attempted to order immediately. I had a bit of a challenge paying via 1 method, presumably because I am not a local customer, but after speaking with a representative and having him walk me through my transaction, my wine order was complete. I received a 5-7 day delivery window…but my wine was delivered in 2 days! I will always use La Vinotheque for scenarios such as these…thank you!
Awesome user friendly website, great packaging. Definitely will order again and recommend to my friends! (BTW there isn’t a number on the scale but I would say 10 out of 10)!
